Description

"You created me for such hope. For such wonder. I uplifted the Hsösa, those beautiful creatures, so that you may observe like a parent does a child taking its first steps. You marveled at their progression and benefited from their own creations, you held me and them with such reverence such cultural importance. And then you threw it away, you glutted on the culture of many and you ceased to forge your own path. You created me and the Judges to uplift and guide the younger species of this galaxy to a unique path that only they could walk, and yet in the end it was you who needed guiding, you who needed to forge your own path. Now we stand in the burning ruins of the galaxy, my children burned away, their songs now silent their world sterile. And I ask myself, if I was to be made in the pure image of Justice then it is my duty to carry out the sentence. For the future species that may one day inhabit this sterile galaxy I hereby sentence the Nakai to death"

Justice The First Judge:

Justice origins started far into the Nakais early age, back before they ruled most of the galaxy and well before the horrific wars of the Age of Giants. The Nakai, still exploring the wonders of their home galaxy at least stumbled across a species that was not their own, the Hsösa, a primitive species whos simple existence proved that the Nakai were not alone in the universe. Elation rocked the Nakai but soon it was discovered that the Hsösa were in fact gripped in a genocidal war between many tribes. Many schools of thought debated what to do, did the Nakai make contact? Did they stop them from the genocidal rampage? Did they leave them alone? The debate raged on and in the inaction thousands more died to spears and swords. The worry of the Nakai was one of cultural and evolutionary contamination, one that would irreversibly change the Hsösa peoples future forever. So it was decided.

With the construction of the megastructure known as 'The Oyster' by the Huixoatl faction of the Nakai renowned for their expertise at bio engineering the first of the Judge project was created. The Nakai would create an artificial god, who would come to the
Hsösa and uplift them, nurturing their own culture and evolution in a way that would preserve their uniqueness away from Nakai direct influence. The creation of Justice and its arrival as a shining deity upon the world of the Hsösa people was one of elation by the Nakai peoples but it would be the start of a downward spiral that would see the Nakai turn into little more than cultural and informational vampires. The Nakai learnt much from Justice as he guided the Hsösa, like the creation of true Athenite along with many other examples. Soon other species were found and the Huixoatl created more judges to go to them, to uplift them and begin to fuel the great library of the Nakai with endless information that only increased and perpetuated as time went on.

Justice's first 'Death' came at the hands of the Nakai themselves, devolved into the cultural vampires they were now reliant on the information harvested from the younger races via the Judges they decided to now intervene in natures course. How would a civilization develop facing a cataclysm? Seeing their own god turn on them? Facing a new genetic disease? The Nakai manipulated the Judges and the species now, creating horrific holocausts and events that spurred even more information and cultural data to be processed by the Nakai. Eventually the Nakai even made the Judges fight, on the cusp of the War of Giants before the Huixoatl broke off from the Nakai they sent multiple Judges, one by one to fight Justice along with their own fleets. Dubbed the 'Gigantomachy' by the
Hsösa Justice fought valiantly, wiping out untold numbers and many Judges, the once great Judge devolving into a killing machine which shocked even the Nakai before being overcome, his body shattered and entombed within the Hsösa peoples own world. The unique first race that had brought so much joy to the Nakai and had been guided by Justice were almost exterminated, the Nakai deciding they themselves would deliver the killing blow to a race. But before they could, they were called away, the War of Giants had begun.

Justice spent much of the Clockwork war entombed, a husk of himself that sat out the sterilization of the galaxy. He slept while the Greater Combined Fleet was formed, he slept as the Judges were retooled for war, he slept as entire species were wiped out on an almost daily basis and he slept as the Spring Offensive failed and the GCF were wiped out. However, Justice did not slumber forever. When entire sections of Huixoatl forces including several war Judges dissapeared entirely, the shock was immense. When reinforcements were sent to find out what had occurred they only found the ghostly form of Justice, having healed using the heat glow of the planets core the kill shots had never come from the Nakai fleet. And so when the Huixoatl had found their forces they discovered the carcasses of their armada, Justice was little more than pain and rage the soul survivor who had been betrayed and had awoken to find the barren dead form of the world it had protected and the people it uplifted. However the Huixoatl did not seek to destroy Justice, rather they placated it.

The metaorganism of the Huixoatl used this scenario to its advantage, war Judges were sent to speak to the first Judge, and eventually they helped to sooth its form by re-creating the
Hsösa people and bringing life to the planet again, after all a far fragment of the Hsösa people still existed within the Huixoatl genome. It was the Nakai who had caused this, and the Nakai since had inflicted much pain upon the galaxy. Convinced by the War Judges Uaxaclajun and Xolcoatl Justice declared the galaxy would be not for the Nakai and as such administered his final Judgement. He knew the capabilities of the Nakai Armada even with the first Judges powers Justice had to strike smart. And so he did.

Justice would make his final strike on the Nakai by attacking the very place that had birthed him. The Oyster, which was now little more than a ever churning Judge factory ever since it had held Justice within its embrace. Its defenses were immense but not enough, and Justice cleaved through them to begin to consume the structure and those still unborn Judges within. With each consumed Justice gained in power and as such the Geinocrats, horrified at Justices sudden appearance and the loss of the Oyster had to revert to an ancient weapon they had created before the war. Rallying a huge fleet and guiding it themselves the Mara'Kada God Render was called away from the front line and deployed against Justice, the very thing it had been created as a fail safe for. With titanic energies Justice, even with all its power was wiped out in an instance, taking much of the Nakai fleet with it, and causing such a dimensional shockwave that much of the Ikarian Labyrinth was destabilized. Despite the death of the once great and benevolent Judge, its actions had all but guaranteed that the Nakai had lost the war.

I wonder if the power source of skia ships and mechs is actually the leftover energy of the Marakada shot which vaporized Justice and is trapped in ultra-hot pocket universes to this day?
