Marlene Angel of Energy

Marlene Just is another Angel and can manipulate energy mostly in the form of electrical energy to discharge it and destroy her enemies. She is also the Unions leading mind in computers and though her father created the rebellious AI that ravaged the earth many years ago she has proved time and again that her skills are useful.

Generally Marlene is a caring and compasionate person who goes to great lengths to save others, but in battle she uses her powers and staff Flash to turn into a remoreseless killer in the Unions name.
