The Decapitator

"I swear when that thing hit the lines all I could hear was the screams of the damned... Like hell itself had been opened and the souls of the dead had let out their eternal suffering in one hellish cacophony. That sword... it eats people, I saw with sweeps of that corrupted things arms good men die in ways I couldnt possibly comprehend and yet were made all the more terrifying that they were consumed. That sword, or whatever it is, is evil, its a rift to a place that no creation, of good or bad should ever have found" Union Sergeant witness to the Decapitator first hand.

The Decapitator:

The Decapitator is renowned for being one of the most terrifying of the 7 Draken commanders. Played out to many hosts over the course of the first and second Draken wars the most seen host towards the end of the first and beginning to middle of the second was a corrupted Nakai foot soldier. Before the host was killed and it changed to a corrupted Union soldier. Decapitator isnt so much the body, but the sword. Nicknamed such by the Union for its brutal method of decapitating its foes and consuming their limbs into the blade. Known as Scaldar'Petra'Onix in Nakai tongue it translates roughly as 'The blade of a billion deaths' and is in fact a Nakai artefact. During ancient days during the Nakai period of experimentation they sought to use their mastery of dimension usage to create dimensions that would be totally immiscible to whatever entered them, to then use as weapons where they could open rifts to consume foes into a realm where their fate would rather be unsaid. However when testing such a weapon a temporary breach in containment saw the planet with its billions of inhabitants dragged into such an abyss, their death cries perpetually echoing from the now small rift around the length of a blade. The Nakai catalogued this and contained it using a handle like apparatus, giving it the impression of a sword, locking it away in one of their many vaults. When the Draken invaded many of these vaults were overrun and their contents destroyed or converted by the Draken, the sword however seemed to overpower the Draken, unable to resist the seemingly sentient blade the Draken took it for themselves. What went on after precisely is unknown but from then on the sword seems to pick its hosts to carry it to the battlefield. Striking with pure head on assaults and line fighting seemingly with some kind of corrupt honour the sword kills its victims slowly before consuming them into the rift, to join the endless screams that emanate from its visually hurtful form. Every time the host is killed that wields the sword, another close by is compelled to wield it, once held the rift or whatever inside it shatter the mind of the host and slowly corrupt its body, giving it untold powers and abilities. The sword was destroyed however and the final host killed in the Battle for Earth at the end of the second Draken wars, when the Emperor permanently closed the breach, the fate of those dragged inside its horrifying hell dimension is unknown and is probably best kept that way.
