Union Patrol fleet / Rapid response fleet

These fleet types fill a dual role, they normally patrol the borders of Union space and respond to any situations in the area. They also double up as rapid response fleets and are often the first ships to turn up to a sudden battle or situation. They are also dubbed the 'Union small Battlefleets' as they are also used as smaller battle fleets of ships. They are equipped for all scenarios and can also be augmented with additional support.
