Union meets Sicarii Order

The Communications centre was bustling and Volkus stood with head of communications Harold Jan looking at a message which was clearly out of the ordinary. The message which was clearly more advanced than any of the others as it had bypassed all the levels of security and come to Volkus directly. It read:
Captain Volkus of the Union of Worlds it is time information was realised to you which is sensitive in nature. Meet us at these attached co-ordinates it is an asteroid field. Bring what forces you wish. We shall meet there.
The co-ordinates in the message had come to an asteroid field in deep space and whoever had sent this message was clearly advanced. Harold had told Volkus that the message used a sort of Quantum imbedder to bypass all the systems and end up in Volkus's personal messages.
"This race must be advanced, the technology involved in this is only available to a handful of other races here" Harold explained.
"So, they want to meet us?" Volkus said, he thought for a while before nodding, he opened his coms and sent a message to the Concordia "Make ready for a first contact scenario and get ready to move out of anchor"

The area was bleak. Dead asteroids were everywhere and the Concordia had to manuver every so often to miss an asteroid of huge size. The asteroid they were stationed by had some sort of facility on it. Long abandoned by the looks of things dating put it as millions of years old. Volkus now suited up in power armour prepared to go down into the facility to meet these strange people, he was accompanied by 10 Union power armoured marines and had some other tricks up his sleeve if things got ugly. The shuttle descended onto the asteroid with not an unknown ship or life sign in sight.
The group quickly approached the main entrance and managed to open the old doors, the facility was lifeless, void and airless. The construction methods of the facility were obviously high tech for such a perfect finish was only achieved through Nano mite construction. Volkus made his way into a large chamber which held some sort of what he assumed an old Holo table, covered with dirt and dust the chamber was dead. Save for one thing.
A figure stood just behind the Holo table in the middle of the room, in combat armour it stood there unmoving as the Union troops moved into the room, the figure suddenly spoke.
"Welcome Volkus of the Union of Worlds, we have been expecting you" every gun in the room that wasn't already pointed at the suite now was, but Volkus stepped forward.
"Who are you?" He said, the suite helmet seemed to retract to reveal a clean cut face, obviously gene enhanced Volkus thought. The man took in a deep breath of air but then Volkus remembered, there was no air. His suite suddenly told him that the room was breathable. Light filled the room and the facility seemed to activate around them.
"I am a member of the Sicarii Order, and it's about time we met" the man said gesturing Volkus to sit, a chair suddenly materialised from the floor and Volkus nodded and sat down, disengaging his helmet and smelling the crisp air.
"The Sicarii Order? We have never heard of you" Volkus replied, the man smiled and nodded.
"We know we didn't want you to ever hear of us until the right moment, we know everything about you but you know nothing about us" the man said smiling. Volkus scowled.
"Have you been spying on us?" He asked.
"Possibly" The man laughed "We did so to determine if it was the right moment for us to reveal ourselves to you"
"And is it?" Volkus asked again. The man smiled.
"You can see me can't you?" He gestured.
"Are there more of you?" Volkus asked, the man merely nodded and 5 others of his kind seemed to appear from nowhere startling the men in the room. Volkus appeared unfazed. His coms link went off.
"Sir it appears that two escort size ships have appeared around us, what is our status?"
"Do not fire, only fire if attacked first" Volkus replied.
"Wise man, it is not advisable to start a fight with us, it would go badly for you. At this moment in time you are hopelessly outclassed, now shall we begin?"  The man said sternly and Volkus merely smiled.
"You many know everything about us, but not them" He gestured to the 8 Phasic beings now surrounding the room each one merely stood there silently and the man seemed to frown. Volkus turned back smiling and nodded "let's begin I think we are even now" the man nodded.
"We know that you the Union have within your ranks a master assassin by the name of Wolf yes?" The man said plainly.
"Yes he was appointed that by the Emperor" Volkus replied.
"Well he is also our leader, he was lost long ago but he founded the Sicarii Order on the ideals of honour, justice and to fight darkness in whatever form wherever it may hide. We both share those ideals and our leader is currently in your ranks. We wish to co-exist with you" the man said, Volkus startled cleared his throat.
"An alliance? And how is that possible? Are you playing tricks on us?" Volkus said disbelieving the man. He smiled and chucked Volkus a data crystal who caught it.
"Review the data, I can assure you I am telling the complete truth, and yes a sort of alliance we both share the same cause, we should work together to accomplish this" The man said seriously. Volkus still not fully convinced nodded.
"Ok I believe you, though I am still going to review this data back on my ship" Volkus said nodding. The man shrugged.
"Do as you will, I can assure you we will not intervene in your affairs, but know this we will always keep tabs on you. We are more than you think and we are hidden everywhere. Volkus of the Union of Worlds you have the Sicarii as your allies, call upon us if you need for we will be there. If we also require your services you will know immediately. Farewell this meeting can be concluded" The man turned to go but Volkus stopped him.
"Wait! I don't even know your name?" The man laughed.
"Call me Wolf"
