Deliverance Engine

The Deliverance Engine was merely a myth to both the Union and its many races until the Nakai amongst their ranks managed to find the location of the fabled war machine. Used principle in the Draken war to combat the massive swarms and large spider like colossi the Deliverance Engine was one of the pinnacles of Nakai design. Powered by two energy sources which also served as the main armaments the machine could be deployed planet side and its advanced AI control it while the Nakai concentrated elsewhere.

The machine itself houses two power sources in ring containment's at the top and the bottom. One is a highly volatile star in mid cycle, this star gives off constant radiation and solar flares that are contained within the field. As a weapon the containment can be modulated to release the radiation or solar flares to be used as weapons. a particular modulation is where the containment is squeezed to project a beam of pure energy into a point to destroy, this was primarily used against the colossi as a one shot kill weapon, though the recharge time was considerable.

The second power source/weapon is a black hole, this is also contained within a field and is used to combat the mass swarms of Draken. by modulating containment the machine can 'suck up' everything below it in a wide radius. This also gives the machine its flotation ability by reversing the black holes gravity. The Deliverance Engine is also capable of using its hull as a weapon to fire quantum fire bolts for both AA and AT purposes.

Being a rare Nakai weapon the shielding of this machine is capable of withstanding planetary destruction, though the Armour underneath is quite weak in comparison.

Deliverance engine and Nakai belong to
